Delek US Holdings Declares Special Cash Dividend
BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Delek US Holdings, Inc. (DK), an integrated energy company with assets in the petroleum refining, marketing, supply and retail industries, today announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare a special cash dividend of $0.09 per share.
Shareholders of record on April 5, 2012 will receive the special cash dividend payable on April 19, 2012.
Our Board has voted to declare two special cash dividends during the past six months, given the continued financial strength of our business, remarked Uzi Yemin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Delek US Holdings. These special cash dividends, in combination with our regular quarterly cash dividend, are a clear indication of our long-standing commitment to returning value to our shareholders.
