MILWAUKEE, April 16, 2012 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Directors of A. O. Smith Corporation (AOS) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.16 per share on Common Stock and Class A Common Stock.

The dividend is payable on May 15 to shareholders of record April 30.
