HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.46 per unit for the first quarter of 2012, representing a 5-percent increase over the prior quarter and an 18-percent increase over the first quarter of 2011. The distribution is payable on May 14, 2012, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Apr. 30, 2012.
The Partnership plans to report its first-quarter 2012 results after the market closes on Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at 11 a.m. CDT (12 p.m. EDT) to discuss quarterly results.
