HERSHEY, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (HSY) today announced quarterly dividends of $0.38 on the Common Stock and $0.344 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record May 25, 2012. It is the 330^th consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 111^th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
