Active Power to Feature PowerHouse Solution at Modular Data Center Campus at Uptime Institute Symposium 2012
AUSTIN, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 05/01/12 -- Active Power (ACPW), manufacturer of continuous power and infrastructure solutions, announced today it will showcase its PowerHouse solution in the Modular Data Center Campus, part of the upcoming Uptime Institute Symposium 2012, May 14-17, in Santa Clara, Calif. Active Power will provide guided, in-depth tours and expert briefings of its PowerHouse system, a complete modular power infrastructure solution.
The Modular Data Center Campus is a unique two-day event that will showcase state-of-the-art modular designs, systems, and products. The campus will provide symposium attendees the opportunity to see first-hand how Active Power is defining critical power infrastructure for today's modular data center.
Available in increments from 240 kW to 960 kW, PowerHouse contains all critical power infrastructure components in a single purpose-built enclosure. Prefabricated and pre-commissioned prior to deployment, modules can support a conventional data center build, a modular design, or a set of containerized data centers.
As part of the symposium program, Martin Olsen, vice president, Global Sales, for Active Power will participate in a panel discussion with other industry experts to discuss the key drivers and inhibitors to market adoption of the modular data center.
WHAT: "Drivers and Barriers to Modular Data Center Adoption"
