TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Cardinal Bank (CDBK.OB) (NASDAQ: CFNL) announced the election of Bernadette B. Walker to Assistant Vice President and Compliance Specialist. Walker will oversee the banks efforts in the area of Bank Secrecy Act Compliance.

Walker has over a decade of experience in Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance, as well as Auditing, Financial Services, and Branch Management, and has served as a Senior Analyst in this important area at both Capital One Bank and Eagle Bank.
