After a three-week trial, the jury found that M3 Technology had misappropriated AspenTech trade secrets, infringed copyrights in AspenTechs refinery planning and scheduling software, and tortiously interfered with AspenTechs confidentiality and non-competition agreement with a former AspenTech employee.
