MIDLAND, Mich., May 22, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chemical Financial Corporation (CHFC) today announced that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a second quarter 2012 cash dividend on its common stock of $0.20 per share. The second quarter 2012 dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2012. The ex-dividend date is May 30, 2012.
