Accordingly, the condition to the completion of the merger related to the HSR Act has been satisfied. Completion of the merger remains subject to certain other closing conditions, including approval by SRS Labs shareholders. DTS and SRS Labs continue to expect that the transaction will close in the third quarter of 2012.
