Kohlberg Capital Corporation Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
NEW YORK, June 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kohlberg Capital Corporation (KCAP) announced today the appointment of Edward U. Gilpin as its Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, succeeding Michael I. Wirth.
