ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Patterson Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: PDCO) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per diluted share on June 12, 2012, payable on July 27, 2012 to shareholders of record on July 11, 2012.

In other news, Ann Gugino was named to the new position of Vice President, Strategy and Planning, of Patterson Companies (PDCO). Gugino, who joined Patterson in 2000, previously served as Vice President, Finance and Operations, for the Patterson Dental business unit.
