Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.025 per Share

GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lifetime Brands, Inc. (LCUT), a global provider of branded products used to prepare, serve and consume food in the home, announced the results of the votes taken at the Companys 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held earlier today.

Stockholders elected the following directors to serve until the next Annual Meeting of Stockholders:

Stockholders also approved an amendment to the Companys 2000 Long-Term Incentive Plan to increase the number shares of the Companys common stock and re-approved the performance criteria for certain stock-based awards and cash bonuses to qualify as performance-based compensation under Section 162(m) of the Internal Revenue Code.

In addition, stockholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2012.

Lifetimes Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share payable on August 15, 2012, to shareholders of record on August 1, 2012.
