BioMed Realty Trust Declares Second Quarter 2012 Common Stock And Preferred Stock Dividends
SAN DIEGO, June 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (BMR) today announced that its board of directors has declared a second quarter 2012 dividend of $0.215 per share of common stock. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $0.86 per common share.
BioMed Realty also announced that its board of directors has declared a dividend of $0.46094 per share of the company's 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from April 16, 2012 through July 15, 2012.
Both dividends are payable on July 16, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2012.
