|Who:||Home retention team members will assist and work one-on-one with mortgage customers facing payment challenges. Borrowers may receive a decision on a loan modification, or other option, on site.|

From January 2009 through April 30, 2012, Wells Fargo has modified 760,882 mortgage loans of which 84 percent were done outside of HAMP. At the end of the first quarter of 2012, more than 93 percent of Wells Fargos mortgage customers remained current on their loan payments.
