Aimco Announces Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV) announced today that Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, the underwriters of its previously announced public offering of common stock, have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 1,350,000 shares of common stock from Aimco.
After giving effect to the exercise of the option, Aimco will have sold a total of 10,350,000 shares of its common stock in the public offering. The shares were sold to the underwriters at a price of $26.74 per share.
