BLUE BELL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aetna (NYSE: ‘ET) today announced a new product offering specifically designed for the more than 5,000 members of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Under the affinity program, Aetnas individual, small group and voluntary hospital plans will be offered to Chamber members beginning July 1.

Aetna is very pleased to offer this program to members of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. The Aetna Voluntary Hospital Plan (AVHP) will be offered to all Chamber members, whether they choose an individual or small group plan. It can be offered as a completely voluntary plan or with any portion paid by the employer, when combined with an Aetna plan. The AVHP pays hospital claims on a fully integrated basis, with no additional claim forms required.

Plans will be marketed through Benefit Services Inc., a subsidiary of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
