AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Campus Communities, Inc. (ACC), the nations largest owner and manager of high-quality student housing properties, announced that on August 1, 2012 its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3375 per share of common stock, payable on August 28, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2012.
