HERSHEY, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (HSY) today announced quarterly dividends of $0.38 on the Common Stock and $0.344 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable September 14, 2012, to stockholders of record August 24, 2012. It is the 331^st consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 112^th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
