DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Atmos Energy Corporation (ATO) said today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the companys common stock of 34.5 cents per share. The indicated annual dividend is $1.38. The dividend will be paid on September 10, 2012, to shareholders of record on August 27, 2012. This is the companys 115^th consecutive quarterly dividend.
