CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE/NASDAQ: AFG) today announced the completion of a tender offer for all outstanding shares of Marketform Group Limited (Marketform), increasing its ownership interest from 72% to 100%, effective August 24, 2012. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
