PARSIPPANY, N.J., Nov. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (WYN) announced today its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.23 per share on its common stock, payable December 7, 2012 to shareholders of record as of November 21, 2012.
