GE Capital features on the UK’s first ever Power Part Time list
Inclusion highlights GE Capitals ongoing commitment to flexible working for employees
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GE Capital has been recognised in the UKs first ever Power Part Time list a prestigious list outlining the most senior part time workers across the country. Published in the Financial Times, the list has been compiled by specialist jobsite Timewise Jobs and highlights how it is possible to work part time at top levels in UK business and industry.
The list of individuals, which features Joanna Wright, Risk Strategy and Implementation Manager for GE Capital EMEA, was compiled based on a nationwide public nomination process. Judges then ranked a shortlist of 50 deemed to be the most outstanding.
Roshni Haywood, Senior HR Manager at GE Capital EMEA, commented: Offering access to flexible working is an important element in GE Capitals approach to increasing diversity at all levels within our business, and has enabled us to increase the number of women in leadership positions throughout our business.
