ROCKVILLE, Md., Nov. 29, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SUPN), a specialty pharmaceutical company announced the pricing of the underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.00 per share. Supernus has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
