Georgia Gulf Shareholders Approve Issuance of Shares Necessary To Complete Merger with PPG Commodity Chemicals Business
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Georgia Gulf Corporation (GGC) today announced that its shareholders approved the issuance of shares of Georgia Gulf common stock necessary to complete the pending merger with PPGs commodity chemicals business. The merger is expected to be completed in late January.
