DALLAS, Jan. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Southwest Airlines' (LUV) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.01 per share to Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2013 on all shares then issued and outstanding.  The 146^th consecutive dividend will be paid on March 28, 2013.
