BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Delek US Holdings, Inc. (DK) (Delek US) a diversified energy company with assets in the petroleum refining, retail and logistics industries, today announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on March 19, 2013, to shareholders of record on February 26, 2013.
