NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) today announced that it has scheduled its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for May 15, 2013. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting is February 19, 2013.
