EDGEWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (CPI Aero®) (NYSE MKT: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012 on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 prior to the opening of the stock market.
CPI Aeros President & CEO, Edward J. Fred and CFO, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments.
