UFPI Approves Semiannual Dividend of $0.20 Per Share
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Universal Forest Products, Inc. (UFPI) today announced that the Companys Board of Directors approved a semiannual dividend payment of $0.20 per share at their April 17, 2013 meeting. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2013.
