TRC Companies Announces New Credit Facility
LOWELL, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/22/13 -- TRC Companies, Inc. (TRR) (NYSE: TRR) announced today that it has entered into a new $75 million five-year revolving credit facility with RBS Citizens, as lead bank, and JPMorgan Chase. The new facility will support general working capital needs as well as growth initiatives and replaces the Company's existing $65 million revolver, which was due to expire in July 2014.
