NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Voltari Corporation (VLTC), announced the completion of the corporate reorganization of Motricity, Inc. in which Voltari replaced Motricity as the publicly traded parent of the Voltari and Motricity businesses. The change, which includes a new ticker symbol (NSDQ: VLTC), took effect on April 10.
