THOROFARE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Checkpoint Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CKP) today announced that it has completed the sale of its U.S. and Canadian CheckView® business to an affiliate of Platinum Equity, a California-based private equity firm. On March 25, 2013, the Company announced that it had reached a definitive agreement with Platinum Equity to acquire all continuing business operations and assets associated with the U.S. and Canadian CheckView business.
