Chemed Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend 11.1%
CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Chemed Corporation (CHE) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20-cents per share on the Companys capital stock, payable on September 3, 2013, to shareholders of record as of August 12, 2013. This is a 2-cent, or 11.1%, increase over the 18-cent dividend paid in the second quarter of 2013. The previous dividend increase was in August 2012, when the Board raised the dividend from 16-cents to 18-cents per share. This represents the 169th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 42 years as a public company.
