Chinese regulators approve the acquisition of the Little Sheep Group by Yum Brands (YUM -0.2%), Bloomberg reports. The HK$4.4B ($566M) acquisition of Little Sheep's 400-plus Mongolian hot-pot restaurants is Yum’s biggest, and moves it closer to fulfilling its objective as the leading restaurant company in China.
