Most analysts are all aglow over Cisco's (CSCO +5.6%) second straight solid quarter after its spring warning of massive restructuring. But a few watchers advise tempering enthusiasm. Barclays believes it will take more than "beating a low bar" to move shares much higher, Lazard needs to see the restructuring effects over a longer term, and BofA isn't impressed with revenues.
