Shares of Ctrip.com (CTRP -13.6%) slump to their lowest intraday price since Nov. 2009 after the company forecasts a drop in Q4 margins. Brean Murray cut its rating to Hold from Buy, noting that while EPS appeared to top estimates, profits included government subsidies equal to $0.06/share; without it, the company would have missed. Susquehanna also cut its rating.
