A dealership survey conducted by Robert Baird finds that the inventory of new Harley-Davidson (HOG -3.5%) motorcycles is at its lowest point in 10 years. Though reduced inventory can help support pricing and brand value for HOG bikes, it's a delicate tightrope the company walks between sacrificing revenue to achieve a "scarcity" value.
