Institutional Financial Markets (IFMI -33.6%) gets smacked after reporting a Q1 loss of $0.34/share, undertaking a dilutive capital raise, and adopting a poison pill in which it threatens significant dilution to any group acquiring more than 4.95% of the company's stock without board approval.

    There is NO investment risk in the markets, thanks to the Fed. The only risk of any kind that still exists is good ole FRAUD risk.
