Synacor, a developer of software for building web portals and online content services, is filing for a $75M IPO. According to its S-1, Synacor posted revenue of $62.1M over the first 9 months of 2011 (+29% Y/Y), to go with EPS of $0.05. Intel (INTC) currently owns 10.4% of the company.
