The 25 most heavily shorted stocks (as a percent of float) in the S&P 1500 as of the end of April are up 6.75% in May, trouncing the S&P's 2.33% gain, according to Bespoke - and this doesn't include Tesla, up 57% with 40% of its float shorted, but not a S&P 1500 member. The top 5 heavily shorted: BTH, QCOR, CSTR, BRLI, SPPI. The rest in another post.
