Lockheed Martin (LMT) has won a contract of up to $7.4B to "add new capabilities and enhance the performance" of the Air Force's problem-plagued F-22 Raptor fighter jets. Despite costing $412M each, the U.S.'s most expensive fighter has never been used in a combat zone since entering service in 2005.
