This is troubling news. Up until now, our clean-green-Mr. Bean-machine future was leading to the creation of millions and billions of new jobs. Those with a modicum of economic sense knew that for every government-subsidized clean-green job created at least two other jobs were lost. We never thought that the subsidized sector itself would be losing jobs as well.

There has got to be a DOE loan at play here somewhere, I wonder if the Democratic National Committee was an "Investor" in this one as well?
