Holly Energy Partners (HEP -4.3%), a pipeline subsidiary of HollyFrontier (HFC +1%), dips after pricing its secondary offering of 1.5 million common units at $53.50, a 4% discount to yesterday's close. The company plans use the proceeds to pay a portion of the principal of two promissory notes issued to other HollyFrontier units.
