GM (GM +1.5%) is exploring design changes for the Chevy Volt's battery in order to mollify safety regulators, says a company exec. GM has defended the Volt's safety in the wake of a post-crash fire at an NHTSA testing center, but has also offered loaners to those who remain worried.

There is NO hope for GM ... Our world would have been better off without them. Remember when their executives flew to D.C. to beg for money, from the Government and flew on their own private jets, not economy class on Jet Blue ... the worst management in their industry and all of them taking unconscionable salaries, bonuses and stock options.
God Bless them ... May they all rest happily at the very top of hell where it should be the hottest ... since heat rises!

Looking backward and into the past, (along with one's political beliefs)is not an effective way of investing sucessfully in the market.
