Clearwire (CLWR) drops 6.2% AH after announcing plans to issue $300M in Class A shares, to help finance its 4G network build. The carrier adds Sprint (S) is exercising its preemptive rights related to the offering, which it will use by purchasing Class B shares. Clearwire shares took off last week on news of a new funding agreement with Sprint.
