First American Financial (FAF +7.5%) says it will no longer pursue an acquisition of CoreLogic (CLGX +0.1%), according to an SEC filing. FAF had suggested CLGX sell certain non-core businesses, which it offered to purchase, and said it could purchase the company if the real estate processor and data service provider deemed it best to sell itself entirely.
