While Blyth is affirming its prior guidance for "normalized" 2011 EPS of $3.30-$3.50, it's lowering its "reported" guidace to $1.65-$1.85, from a prior range of $2.23-$2.43, and lowering its cash flow guidance due to the settlement of tax audits.
