European shares rise in midmorning trading as they look to recover from losses last week, although crude oil futures slide on concerns about Chinese demand and ahead of what's expected to be a routine Opec meeting on Friday. EU Stoxx 50 +0.8%, London closed, Paris +0.8%, Frankfurt +0.7%, Milan +1.2%, Madrid +0.8%. WTI -0.6% at $93.56.

  • Amidst recession, bank seizures, some member states carrying 30% unemployment rate markets there have jumped 50% since start of 2012. I want to be a stockbroker in Europe. When clients call asking for advice just say, who cares does it matter.
