Cadiz (CDZI +5.5%) trades higher after a California court rejects a lawsuit challenging the approval of its Cadiz Valley Water Conservation, Recovery and Storage Project. The lawsuit, brought by interest group CROWN, was filed in August 2012 and was the second lawsuit challenging the approval of the project to be dismissed.
