S&P announces some changes to its indices, with Impax Laboratories (IPXL) replacing Cymer (NASDAQ:CYMI) and Tangoe (OTC:TNGO) replacing Hot Topic (NASDAQ:HOTT) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Friday, May 31. ASML Holding NV is acquiring Cymer, while Private equity firm Sycamore Partners is acquiring Hot Topic, with both deals expected to be completed soon. IPXL -2% AH.
